STAKENY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Stakeny mobile application,
website, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”), operated by Stakeny Ltd (“Stakeny,” “we,” “us,”
or “our”).
By accessing or using Stakeny, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use
the Platform.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Stakeny.
By using the Platform, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under
applicable laws.
Users under 18 are strictly prohibited.
2. Account Registration
You must create an account to access most features.
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
You are responsible for all activities conducted through your account.
Stakeny reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these
Terms.
3. Platform Description
Stakeny is a social platform with interactive and competitive features, allowing users to:
- Create and interact with social posts (text, images, reactions, comments, reposts).
- Participate in challenges and prediction-based activities.
- Use an integrated wallet supporting fiat and cryptocurrency.
- Engage with other users in a community-driven environment.
Stakeny does not guarantee outcomes, winnings, or profits from any activity on the Platform.
4. Wallet, Payments & Crypto
Stakeny provides a digital wallet for storing and transferring supported currencies.
Wallet balances may include fiat and supported cryptocurrencies.
Users are solely responsible for understanding the risks associated with digital assets.
Cryptocurrency values are volatile and may fluctuate significantly.
Stakeny is not a bank, financial advisor, or investment service.
5. Challenges, Predictions & Staking
Participation in challenges and predictions is voluntary.
All stakes are final once confirmed.
Rewards are distributed according to the Platform’s predefined logic and rules.
Losing participants forfeit their stake.
Stakeny may charge platform or service fees.
Stakeny does not guarantee fairness of outcomes outside its system logic and is not responsible for disputes
between users.
6. Premium Features
Some features require a paid premium subscription.
Premium fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Stakeny may modify premium benefits at any time with prior notice.
7. User Content
You retain ownership of the content you post, but by posting on Stakeny you grant us a worldwide,
non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:
- Host, store, reproduce, distribute, and display your content within the Platform.
- Use content for marketing and promotional purposes related to Stakeny.
You agree not to post:
- Illegal, abusive, hateful, or harmful content.
- Content that infringes on intellectual property rights.
- Misleading, fraudulent, or deceptive material.
8. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Exploit or manipulate platform mechanics.
- Use bots, scrapers, or automated systems.
- Engage in fraud, money laundering, or abuse.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer the Platform.
- Harass or impersonate other users.
Violation may result in account suspension, termination, or legal action.
9. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, designs, and platform code belong to Stakeny.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit any part of the Platform without permission.
10. Account Suspension & Termination
Stakeny reserves the right to:
- Suspend or terminate your account at any time.
- Restrict access if we suspect fraud, abuse, or policy violations.
- Retain records as required by law.
Termination does not waive outstanding obligations.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.”
Stakeny makes no warranties regarding:
- Availability or uptime.
- Accuracy of content or outcomes.
- Financial gains or winnings.
Use of the Platform is at your own risk.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Stakeny shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to Stakeny in the last 6 months.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Stakeny harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from:
- Your use of the Platform.
- Violation of these Terms.
- Infringement of third-party rights.
14. Privacy
Your use of Stakeny is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your
data.
15. Regulatory Compliance
Users are responsible for ensuring their use of Stakeny complies with local laws and regulations, including
gaming, betting, and crypto regulations.
Stakeny may restrict access in certain jurisdictions.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
Material changes will be communicated via the app or email.
17. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Nigeria.
